Abstract :
Development and implementing robust IT governance is a basic requirement for a majority of modern organizations. Peterson´s IT governance model is establishing itself as an effective model to set up IT governance that will help IT departments adopt themselves with technological partners of businesses. But in this paper we analyze ITUP* which is bases upon ITIL¿ V3, as a model for IT governance, using as a reference IT governance model, other than Peterson model.
