Abstract
An incremental theory of diffraction (ITD) formulation for the scattering by a perfect electric conductor (PEC) elliptic cylinder with electrically small cross section is presented. The new results extend those previously obtained for wedges [1] and circular cylinders, with electrically small radius [2].
