Abstract :
Fuzzy logic modeling based on the fuzzy set theory provides a useful tool for converting the linguistic modeling strategies from expert knowledge into modeling rules. We deal with designing fuzzy modeling algorithms on the basis of expert experience. The proposed design procedures of fuzzy modeling are illustrated by means of a model for cylinder air charge estimation
