Abstract :
We propose a high-throughput picoliter droplet generation system which can generate different volume of droplets continuously. Using a cascade multi-stage separation channel and droplet dispersion pillars, various volume ratio between the separated droplets is realized only by changing the flow rate. Uniform picoliter droplets are generated about 1000 droplets/sec in the cascade multi-stage separation channel. The droplets of different volume are generated by the volume ratio from 1:1.5 to 1:35.
