Abstract
For pt. I see ibid., p.390-3. This paper discusses the decision of the low pass filter used in the modified two-scale model (MTSM) presented in Part I and deduces the auto-correlation function of the split surface. By calculating the scattering coefficient, the reciprocity of the MTSM is verified. Comparisons among MTSM, IEM and simulation results show that MTSM has the similar validation condition with IEM yet it has a more concise bistatic scattering coefficient which satisfy the reciprocity.
