Abstract :
An error correction method for origin test data in planar near field measurement is discussed in this paper. The mathematical formula used in correcting the origin test data is given. Also results of analogue calculation for the site error are provided. The method given in this paper can be used to compensate for these errors which are caused by the nonlinear response of the test system. The structure error of the scan and system drift so that the final measurement accuracy can be improved.
