  • Abstract
A novel fractal antenna constructed with Hilbert curve and complementary configuration is proposed for UHF RFID tag antenna design in this paper. For the improvement of conventional meander-line RFID tag antenna, the inductive and wideband performance in addition the balun feature of the complementary configuration is presented. The wide-band characteristics of frequency responses, impedance spectrum, EM analysis, polarization and directivity feature of radiation patterns are studied and presented.
