There are considered in a given work the problems of Georgian electronic shops. There is presented the structure of electronic shops in Georgia by groups of goods. Also specific features of electronic business development in Georgia are emphasized. There are evaluated the prospects of Georgian electronic business associated with resolving the urgent problems.
