Abstract :
Using of Information and Communication Technologies in Education both for learning and teaching of Physics is very important component in university education today. The new approach used in Qafqaz University for learning and teaching of Physics was reported in our recent papers. The essence of the approach is based on interactive numerical modeling in Physics. In this article we continue developing this approach considering the unified numerical model for the dynamics of diatomic molecules.
