Abstract :
As more and more approaches focus on service oriented architecture, the idea presented in this paper looks much further. An approach for a new identity is introduced that describes a machine or a service neither by technical details nor addresses but by the needs they may satisfy. The new human oriented identity management, by focusing on the user´s view, leads to a convenient and easy service discovery system. A consumer no longer has to know specific details about the machine or the service, but can still find the machine that satisfies exactly his current needs.
