Abstract :
A mechanically tunable selective resonator was developed and introduced in the far-infrared p-Ge laser cavity. It leads to a continuous wavelength tunability from 75 to 110 μm. High resolved heterodyne mixing spectroscopy was used to measure the linewidth and mode structure of the p-Ge laser radiation
