Abstract :
Selecting the most appropriate web service for information delivery from a pool of available web services is a multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) problem. Besides matching of functional requirements, quite a few non-functional criteria having different importance level would need to be considered for right selection of web services. Using literature review, expert interviews, and survey among practitioners, we have identified 28 non-functional criteria along with their importance level for Information Delivery Web Services (IDWS). These findings can help decision-makers select IDWS more objectively.
