  • Abstract
    Supply chain systems of mass customization based on a CODP has the contradiction between optional scope of customized user and delivery time is principal contradiction. For this reason, this paper put forward supply chain optimizing system of MC by multi-CODP. Firstly, set up multi-CODP, then optimize scheduling and inventory based on Multi-CODP to optimize supply chain of MC. Finally, through a toy factory to illustrate the optimization of supply chain of MC based on Multi-CODP.
