Abstract :
This paper discusses a permittivity measurement technique, using microstrip test bed, suitable for a layer of beads, textile or other planar material for microwave device applications. Results for measurements of three different types of beads (plastic, glass and zirconium silicate) are presented using the microstrip line-based method.
