Abstract :
A consulting/expert system for the identification of linear MISO-systems is presented. The well known process of identification comprising signal analysis and data conditioning, parameter estimation and model validation is completely supported by this knowledge-based programming system. Being drafted both for specialists and non-specialists this consulting system (algorithmic and knowledge-based part) has the intention to provide as much extended and secured information as possible about a real process
