Constructing evaluation index system of agricultural products supply chain develop circular economic microeconomic organization in process stage

Through comprehensive analysis of the factors about the supply chain of agricultural products in process stage to develop agricultural cycle of economic, we established an evaluation index system, which includes 5 level indicators and 16 secondary indicators. The level indicators are the production efficiency, resource recycling degree, environmental protection performance, client report, Innovation and development ability. Based on the evaluation indexes for establishing principles and the analysis of the affecting factors, and established the process stages of developing circular economy microstructure evaluation index system, which the key members develop circular economy, and we used this method to evaluate the agricultural products supply chain in process stage developing circular economy, evaluation results can help for the Government to find suitable investors, it can also provide evidence and guidance for the government investment or to promote circular economy project.
