Abstract :
The traditional human resource management focused more attention on the core of enterprise employees. How to release the potential of the first-line managers is a new task of the development and management of Modern Human Resources. After studying the paths of releasing the potential of the first-line managers, this paper points out that the first-line managers, with special job characteristics and irreplaceable important role, are in the nerve endings in the enterprise management system. There are some approaches to release the potential of the first-line managers as follows: improving the satisfaction of the staff s work, enhancing the level of organizational commitment, establishing the career channels benefiting for the growing-up of the first-line managers, assisting them to be the leadership and building a learning team.
