  • Abstract
    Employee engagement is key factor in enterprise performance. It is also a research spot in organization behavior. In this paper, decision tree algorithm of data mining is used to model and analyze employee data information of IT enterprises. The algorithm provides important decision-making basis for administrative personnel according to all the knowledge retrieved deeply.
