Abstract :
A real-world example of a fighter aircraft is used as a benchmark to estimate computational resources required for various numerical methods, such as MoM, MLFMM, hybrid MoM/PO. Using a commonly available computer (such as DELL 690 n), this problem could be solved over a wide frequency range (200 MHz to 20 GHz). Both memory and CPU requirements are tabulated as a reference. Parallel efficiency of these techniques is also studied.
