Abstract :
The dielectric behaviour of LDPE (low density polyethylene), subject to two stress factors-heat and electrostatic field-is examined by the authors. For the interpretation of the ageing data, one equation with an explicit dependence of simultaneous action of the stress parameters is used. The equation used determines a value for the activation energy which is in good agreement with data found in literature
