Abstract
This work demonstrates spatial-resolved X-ray diffraction at the synchrotron. The YAG single crystal is scanned across the femtosecond-laser written waveguide with an X-ray spot size of about 5 mum. Diffraction data is therefore recorded at areas with and without waveguide structures. A detailed analysis of X-ray diffraction measurements is presented and discussed in the paper.
