Abstract :
In this paper we analyze a possibility of manufacturing and implementation of Schottky diodes in a HV CMOS smart power technology. With small layout modification of an existing bipolar transistor we designed a Schottky diode and investigated the device in a typical smart power application ( i.e. Charge Pump ) The obtaining results show very good performances of the proposed Charge Pump, even better than standard realizations
