Abstract :
In this work we describe the design, simulation and first experimental results for a polymeric biochip for blood, protein or DNA diagnostic and manipulation. We have proposed the design for this sensing/actuating device. We have calculations and simulations done using FEM software for blood plasma and cell flow and separation in conditions of ultrasonic actuation: we present also a few technological steps for device creation and the first experimental results. The main idea is to obtain a fast, precise, one use bio measuring and manipulating tool
