Abstract :
Theoretically, both of the two-dimension structure and three-dimension structure of perceived justice have their roots in literatures. Many researchers put forward the possibility of the former and applied it to their empirical researches. Our study examined the structure of dimensions of perceived justice in restaurant service recovery with exploratory and confirmation factor analysis and our results indicated that the two-dimension structure of perceived justice also could be of great significance in service recovery research, especially in restaurant industry.
