This paper presents a general method for evaluating the moments of eigenvalue and eigenvector matrices for use in solving multiconductor transmission line (MTL) problems with frequency dependent losses. It is appropriate for use with asymptotic waveform evaluation (AWE) and multipoint Pade methods
