Abstract
Microwave nonlinear microstrip circuits have been designed and simulated using a computer-aided procedure. The procedure is capable of predicting the time and frequency response of microwave circuits and simulating any nonlinear active element. Examples of microstrip frequency doubler and nonlinear amplifier using MESFETs were designed. Good agreement between simulated and measurement results has been achieved. The method can be used for design of other types of active microwave circuits
