Abstract :
Modern manufacturing environments are complicating and evolving, which is random fuzzy in nature, but quality has always been the domain of accurate science, and the traditional methods for assessing the capability of manufacturing processes are dealing with precise quality, so the introduction of fuzzy quality is an overall comprehensive reflection of precise quality. Instead of precise quality, fuzzy quality and its relative contents with fuzzy theory are discussed here, especially fuzzy statistical process control (SPC)-fuzzy control chart and fuzzy process capability indices-PCIs, other applications in quality tools with fuzzy theory are also mentioned, and the results show that it is helpful.
