Abstract :
This paper presents the major achievements in our evaluation of SiGe technologies conducted during the past years. These include a 7-8 GHz receiver, a 7 GHz PLL and a 67-GHz bandwidth travelling-wave amplifier, all fully monolithic. Worldwide state-of-the-art results are also included to give, from an user´s point of view, a relatively accurate picture on the potentials the technology has for deep microwave and MM-wave applications
