Abstract :
In this paper, we report a dual-mode Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) for RF PCS/IMT-2000 applications. By adding a switch circuit to the existing single-mode VCO, we could achieve a dual-mode VCO that can be used in the independent frequency bands for both PCS (about 1.7 GHz) and IMT-2000 (about 2.3 GHz)
