Abstract :
A numerical methodology is presented for the fast extraction of the capacitances and inductances for MMICs. The methodology combines the exponential expansion (EE) method with MoM method, resulting in a method with a computational time O(Sapp). The mathematical formulation based on Maxwell´s equations and the numerical solution are discussed
