Abstract :
This paper explores a current-based maximum-power-point tracking method for Photovoltaic Power Systems, according to the fact that the short-circuit current of photovoltaic panels is proportional to the current at the maximum-power-point, a control strategy is proposed. After that, the photovoltaic power system is built, based on the boost circuit. Then the simulation circuit and the simulation results are given, and the simulation results have demonstrated excellent performance, and the feasibility of the system.
