Abstract :
The design, fabrication and characterization of a suitable different control signals ultra-wideband 90° digital/analogue compatible monolithic phase shifter is described in this paper. High performance (low peak phase error ⩽90±5°, low VSWR ⩽1.5, low insertion loss variations ⩽3.0±0.5 dB, from 5 to 20 GHz frequency range) and small size (4.2 mm×0.6 mm×0.1 mm) are exhibited
