Abstract :
The boundary value problems of electromagnetic fields have been extensively studied but can´t be considered completely solved. In this paper a new method is suggested using modern electromagnetic theory. This theory is a macro electrodynamics theory based on the modern mathematics and physics not classical mathematics and physics
