Abstract :
Flows recombining and information construction are the most important tasks of enterprise. ITIL is a framework that describes the best practices of IT management in enterprise. By introducing the concept of IT service management, we analyze the limitation and deficiency of customer service flows in a telecommunication operator in this paper. Meanwhile, an IT service management implement strategy which introduces into core standard flows of ITIL is put forward to meet the special requirement of customer service system. The availability of strategy is testified through its application to a telecommunication operator. This paper also describes the strategy in detail on implementation processes, key points, relationships of each participants and etc.
