Abstract :
On the basis of a model to study solitary wave propagation in periodically loaded nonlinear transmission lines, we have studied the influence of device nonlinearity on soliton behaviour. In this work we present the effects of varying device nonlinearity by tailoring the width of a symmetric C-V characteristic, preserving the equilibrium capacitance. The results can be useful to understand soliton-like harmonic generation in nonlinear transmission lines
