            Abstract : 
Design and performance of a Ka-band hybrid planar circuit voltage controlled oscillator is presented in this paper. Planar circuitry consists of a coupled suspended stripline and two fin-line tapers used as carrying diodes and matching impedance respectively. The oscillator with 780 MHz tuning range delivers an output power of around 90 mW at 35.5 GHz
