Abstract
This paper provides an evaluation method based on the fatigue analysis for the assembly work. In the past, the assemble-ability evaluation method had been developed by large enterprises to evaluate its design for easy assembly of high volume production. It is called the Assemblability. But recently not only the high volume production with an automated production but also the low volume production with a human production are demanded to meet customer requirements. We focus on the fatigue analysis of the assembly work and develop the evaluation method by using the fatigue analysis for the easy assembly and good product quality.
