Abstract :
Based on researching the design principle of high Q cylinder in millimeter-wave band, the paper suggests the stabilizing frequency technique and tuning methods to realize mono-mode operation and improve frequency stability in the oscillator. The test results in Ka-band show that the high Q Invar cavity oscillator has better frequency stability
