  • Abstract
    In order to dynamically construct 3d models in the virtual modeling, a method based on OpenGL is used in this paper. By introducing how to use OpenGL to build three-dimensional geometric model and texture mapping using two-dimensional image constructed a virtual three-dimensional model described in VC++6.0. It depends on the typical geomentric texture algorithm and achieves real-time dynamic emulation. This method is used to construct an effective model library based on the virtual environment. It can build complex models quickly, such as virtual campus building models. It shows that the modeling algorithm is efficient and easy to implement in the actual application.
