Abstract :
After the collecting and sorting of various types and sizes of steam turbine vibration fault cases in China, a steam turbine fault case database is established. On this base, a statistical method is used to analysis shaft vibration fault characteristics and fault modes of domestic steam turbines, and the results from discussing capacity of the units and the fault types are statistically analyzed. In this way, fault condition of domestic steam turbines is generally learned, which is of great significance for the development of the steam turbine industry.
