Abstract :
The paper studies the relation of wavelet decomposition and spatial sampling of array signal, and offers a high resolution direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation approach based on the wavelet transforms. The results of computer simulations demonstrate that wavelet based spatial subband produces better performance than usual standard estimation methods
