Abstract :
We proposed two new methods to evaluate wharf operation ratio in the port taking into account vessel motions. One is so called "standard analysis method" and another is "particular analysis method". Proposed new methods are compiled to "the manual to evaluate the effect of long-period waves in the port" as well as other information on wave observation of long-period waves, wave deformation analysis, numerical simulation method of vessel motions and countermeasures to improve wharf operation ratio in the port
