Abstract :
A compact second-order bandpass filter using low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology is proposed. To get more stable and smaller dimension bandpass filter with high process tolerate at insertion loss of passband and bandwidth for better yield, the traditional straight line coupled inductor instead by meander line coupled inductor. The EM simulation show that the performance of the filter using meander line coupled inductor is better than the filter using traditional straight line coupled inductor. The center frequency is 2. 45GHz and insertion loss is less than 1.5dB, and the resulting filter has an size of 2.0mm × 1.2mm × 0.9mm.
