Abstract :
In order to solve the problems of teacher implicit knowledge sharing, a teacher implicit knowledge sharing model based on Blog is constructed in this paper. The paper firstly introduced the core concept and characteristic of Blog and teacher implicit knowledge through literature browsing, secondly concluded the current situation of teacher implicit knowledge sharing through questionnaire and investigation, finally constructed a teacher implicit knowledge sharing model based on Blog according to the research result of above two steps. Empirical results show that Blog with its own theoretical and technological advantages will be used as the effective means to enhance the depth and breadth of teacher implicit knowledge sharing. The research results show that the teacher implicit knowledge sharing model based on Blog can effectively solve the problems of teacher implicit knowledge sharing and thus improve the level of teacher professional development.
