Abstract :
The following topics are dealt with: computers in industrial process control, control applications in respiration and anesthesia, dynamic modeling of power plants with the modular modeling system, vehicle control systems, estimation, computer-aided control engineering, controller design for nonlinear systems, and modeling and control of chemical reactors. 319 papers were presented, of which 274 are published in full in the present proceedings. Abstracts of individual papers can be found under the relevant classification codes in this or other issues.
