Abstract
The circuit module was initially conceived to contain five elements namely: a sensing device to register the presence or absence of the electrical circuit characteristics; a module to contain a unique resident address code to identify the lighting unit from others in the area; a module to compare the received address with the resident address; a module to convert data from serial input to parallel use in the monitor and then returned to serial data for outward transmission; and a transmit/receiver radio module
