  • Abstract
Manufacturing system is a discrete system, whose process is relatively complex. Through the establishment of the model can achieve the purpose of control, scheduling and optimization to the entire manufacturing process. According to the characteristics of manufacturing system modeling, introduced Object-oriented Petri Net (OOPN) modeling technique, then discussed the specific process of manufacturing system modeling. Combined with the modeling example of production workshop manufacturing system, expounded further application of OOPN technology in manufacturing system modeling. The conclusion shows that the OOPN manufacturing system modeling to achieve the expected purpose, at the same time, which decrease the manufacturing system model in the form of the complexity, making the logical relationship of model more clear, and enhance the flexible of model.
