Abstract :
This paper addresses the Hankel norm of uncertain neutral systems with mixed time delays. Based on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and the LMI approach, delay-dependent sufficient conditions are presented such that the uncertain neutral systems is robustly asymptotically stable and the Hankel norm is less than a prescribed performance level.
