Abstract :
In order to achieve the lean management of material delivery in discrete manufacturing enterprise, this article gives a method, which is improving the material delivery management from the standpoint of BPM and using the idea of 6σ to improve the quality of business process. This paper constructs a model of BPM based on 6σ, through process modeling, diagnostics, optimization, and controlling to construct a business process, which has sound quality and continuous improvement. Taking the material delivery of some engineering machinery enterprise for an example, it gives corresponding improvement by model analysis. In view of the importance of ERP system for discrete manufacturing enterprise, this article also gives the integration of ERP system and the model of BPM based on 6σ, through adding control module in ERP system to maintain process stability. This paper has important reference value for discrete manufacturing enterprise to manage material delivery and other closely relevant process, which contains purchase and storage.
