  • Abstract
    A computer software package utilising a direct extraction technique derives all popular types of linear, DC, and RF nonlinear MESFET models with very little user interaction. The extraction procedure is fast and efficient and its accuracy is only limited by the accuracy of the measurements and properties of the models used
